Frequently asked questions

What does Morrow do?

Morrow is a holistic financial wellness solution. Each Morrow member is paired with a Navigator, who provides professional, personalized, and unbiased guidance to improve your financial health. Our goal is to build a comprehensive plan that allows you to achieve financial wellbeing.

What is a Morrow Navigator?

A Navigator is what we call our CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals at Morrow. They are highly-qualified financial professionals with a fiduciary responsibility to work in your best interest.

What’s the difference between Morrow and an investment advisor?

Morrow supports your financial life beyond just investments. We offer guidance in areas such as budgeting, debt management, life and health insurance policies, and setting retirement goals.

Our model is built to support your best interests. As a result, we don't manage assets, sell financial products, or affiliate with outside investment firms or retirement plan providers.

What topics and questions does Morrow cover?

If it has to do with money, we cover it. We can review and discuss your retirement plans, insurance policies, healthcare, estate planning, college savings plans, and so much more.

How much will this cost?

Morrow is a free service sponsored by your employer. There are no additional costs or hidden fees.

How does Morrow watch out for my interests?

Morrow provides 1:1 access to a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ to help you build a comprehensive financial plan. Morrow Navigators have a fiduciary responsibility when providing financial and retirement planning. This means the Navigator must act in your best interest, including:

  • Placing your interests above the interests of the Navigator and Morrow;
  • Avoiding conflicts of interest, or fully disclosing material conflicts of interest to you, obtaining your informed consent, and properly managing the conflict; and
  • Acting without regard to the financial or other interests of the Navigator, Morrow, or any individual or entity other than you, which means that a Navigator acting under a conflict of interest continues to have a duty to act in your best interests and place your interests above the Navigator’s.

Is Morrow only available to me as an employee or can I use Morrow to financially plan for my family?

Each employee is eligible for a single Morrow account, which can be used to guide financial planning for a spouse or family if finances are consolidated. If a spouse or partner manages their finances separately from the employee, that requires a separate account.

Will I work with the same Navigator?

Yes, you will be paired with a single Navigator who can support you better by knowing your context.

Does Morrow sell financial products?

No. Morrow does not sell any financial products. However, having the right financial products in place is a key part of your overall financial wellness. The Navigator team at Morrow is prepared to review any and all financial product questions that you may have.

If we discover areas that can be solved with products, your Navigator will work with you to understand those options and provide a list of recommended providers.
